Attract and Retain Committee

Mission

The purpose of the Attract and Retain Committee is to ensure that YPN is the first organization a young professional seeks when they move to Reno-Sparks. This committee strives to connect new and diverse young professionals to our own networks and encourage professional and social outreach to keep them here and engaged in our community.

The Attract and Retain committee organizes the monthly Raise the Bar networking events hosted by local businesses, as well as the YPN Adventures events.

All members are welcome to join this and any committee! The Attract and Retain committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the location where the following weeks Raise the Bar event will be.
